Booking, Cancellation, Reissue & Refund Terms

The total price displayed on the FlyJunction.com website includes all applicable government taxes.

You are required to pay the entire amount before confirming your booking.

Refunds for No Show or Partially utilized Flights must be requested within 30 days of the travel date.

Refunds for No Show & partially utilized tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines and may take up to 90 days.

To qualify for infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months old for the entire itinerary, including both outbound and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or older on the return journey, a separate booking with a child fare is required.

Infants must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.

All tickets/bookings issued to customers are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines.

We recommend that users review the terms and conditions of the airline before booking a ticket.

By accepting our booking terms, users also agree to the terms & conditions of the respective airline.

Convenience fees charged by FlyJunction.com are non-refundable.

Partial Cancellation of Roundtrip Fares & Friends & Family Fares are not allowed by airlines.

All statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees are the responsibility of the passenger, as applicable on the date of travel.

Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and may change.

Most airlines do not permit infants younger than 7 days. For more information, please contact the airlines directly.

As per airline policy, unaccompanied minor passengers are required to carry specific supporting documents. Please contact the airline directly for details.

Check-in :

As per airline rules, standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure for domestic flights.

For international flights, the check-in time is 4 hours before departure.

Passengers must check in at least 60 minutes before departure; otherwise, it will be considered a no-show.

Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents indicating that they are less than two years old.

Reschedule Policy :

Every booking made on FlyJunction.com is subject to reissue charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.

If you reissue your booking, you will also be charged the difference in fare, if any, and applicable reissue penalties. However, if the new fare is lower than the original fare, the difference will not be refunded, but applicable rebooking charges will be collected.

In addition to the airline's reschedule charges, FlyJunction.com charges a reschedule handling fee of INR 300 per passenger per sector.

Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended or rescheduled.

Bookings made through us can also be rescheduled by contacting the respective airline's call center directly.

Cancellation Policy :

Every booking made on FlyJunction.com is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.

Some booked fares may be non-refundable according to the specific airline's policy.

Online cancellations can be made by visiting the "My Trip" section on the website.

Offline cancellations are also accepted through email ([email address]).

FlyJunction.com charges INR 300 per passenger per sector for each cancellation, in addition to the airline's cancellation charges.

Only cancellation requests made online or via email (for emails, the travel date must be more than 6 hours away) will be accepted. FlyJunction.com will not entertain cancellation requests made through any other medium.

If you have completed a 'Web Check-in' with the airline, please ensure you web check-out before requesting cancellation. FlyJunction.com will not be able to process a refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for it.

Refund Policy :

To initiate a refund, it is mandatory to contact FlyJunction.com as the airline will not be able to refund tickets booked through FlyJunction.com.

All cancellations made directly with the airline must also be communicated to FlyJunction.com via email or phone to initiate the refund process.

Processing times for cancellation and refund requests may vary.

Convenience fees paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.

Refunds will be credited back to the same account from which payment was made.

In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discounts and promo code discounts obtained at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the airline changes its policy after your booking is made, the new policy will apply to all previous bookings.

FlyJunction.com will initiate the customer's refund only after receiving the refund from the airline.
